If you are chasing something truly special, like Cathay Pacific’s Aria Suites, you are in the right place. Aria Suites are available on select long-haul flights on Cathay Pacific and are meant to be luxurious, comfortable and a highlight of your travel experience.
As only nine aircraft have been refitted with Aria Suites at the time of publishing, different routes might get it at different times. Right now, you can expect to find Aria Suites on popular connections such as:
Aria Suites are also usually found on the Beijing, Frankfurt and Vancouver routes.

As Aria Suites are in high demand, it’s relatively difficult to book with points right now. Gyoza Flights can help streamline your search. The best tool to use is our ‘Business & First Class’ page, which lists all reward flights in premium cabins.
Clicking through that link will automatically set your search to seats between Australia and Hong Kong using Qantas Points. Then, filter by city and scan the results to see if any flights match the list above. We find it easiest to compare based on departure time.
Here’s a quick reference guide using current flight times in the Northern Winter period (up to the end of March 2026):
And those times again in the Northern Summer period (from the end of March 2026 onwards)
Those times are subject to change, so just look it up if they don’t match anything above. Then, scan the table on Gyoza Flights and see if anything matches.
For example, we’re looking at Melbourne to Hong Kong, which is CX178 (11:45pm departure during the Northern Summer period). During July, Gyoza Flights identifies a Business Class reward seat on 24, 27, 28 and 29 July 2026, which matches the timing of an Aria Suites flight.

With that information, you’re ready to book! You can use 90,000 Qantas Points, or if you have access to Cathay Asia Miles, just 58,000 miles to book this Business Class seat (plus fees).
Unfortunately, it’s not too easy to tell at the time of searching for flights.
To confirm whether a Cathay Pacific flight has Aria Suites, we recommend booking the same flight on the Cathay Pacific website and clicking on where it says ‘Boeing 777-300’ under the flight number. If the page that opens says ‘77J’ in the top left and you see ‘45 Aria Suites’ under the Business Class section, then you’ve hit the jackpot!
However, even if you book an Aria Suites flight, Cathay Pacific can change the aircraft at the last minute. Aircraft types are never guaranteed, so keep your expectations in check until you board.
